| Gavin Walton becomes the business manager for the new concrete plant at Upwood and will continue to cover Shorncote | Stuart Cordy is now business manager for the Newbury and Lower Compton (Calne) sites | Terry Newsham has been appointed to the new position of business manager for the Woodsford (Dorchester) site. |

| Marcus Eltham is responsible for concrete sales for the new Upwood plant whilst continuing to cover Shorncote and north of the M4. | Richard Swatton will remain covering south of the M4 for aggregates and concrete sales out of Lower Compton (Calne) and Newbury. |
