Mortimer Quarry is located in Mortimer West End (on the Englefield Estate), eight miles southwest of Reading and features state-of-the-art facilities for the production of aggregates.

Located in the heart of the Englefield Estate, just eight miles southwest of Reading, Mortimer Quarry is a key part of Hills Quarry Products’ regional network. Strategically positioned to serve Reading, Basingstoke, and surrounding areas, this modern facility specialises in producing a full range of high-quality aggregates for construction, landscaping, and infrastructure projects.

At Mortimer Quarry, quality and consistency are paramount. Our state-of-the-art processing plant produces a variety of products, including 0-4mm washed concrete sand, 4-10mm, 10-20mm, and 4-20mm single-size flint, 0-10mm and 0-20mm washed ballast, as well as as-raised gravel. Each product is carefully processed to meet the demands of British and European Standards, ensuring reliability, performance, and long-term durability across a wide range of applications.
